In crypto markets knowledge and access to quality information is the key to success. In this article I will share with you the best places online where you can get high quality information for FREE.
I have been researching this space for a few years now, and it took me a while to fight and win with the information overload. It is especially bad for all the newcomers with no experience in crypto markets. Mainstream media (even though it has been changing its narration lately) together with politicians, banks, and big players spread misinformation purposely. Cryptocurrencies threaten their power. If they cannot stop it, they will at least do what they can to get as much of it as possible for themselves, at your cost.
On top of that we have thousands of online influencers (with many new ones entering this space daily). Unfortunately many of them often think only about their own pockets, shilling projects just to dump their bags onto naive newcomers who followed their advice.
In this article I want to focus on the good guys though. Honest people that have been covering this space for years. Their insights not only helped me to make life changing money but also to understand (often subtle) forces ruling the cryptocurrency backyard.

You might be surprised but YouTube is a great place to get your cryptocurrency news and information.
Wayyyy better than the mainstream media…
Not only will you get high quality and up to date education but also great technical and fundamental analysis as well as high potential altcoins research. Some of my favourite YT channels that I follow daily include:
- Ivan on Tech- daily shows with great market technical analysis (Ivan has his own TA expert), and on point, early research of altcoins that allowed me to make thousands of dollars over and over again.
- Aantonop — Andreas Antonopoulos — one of the first great Bitcoin proponents. His book ‘The Internet of Money’ was the eye opener for me and really helped me to take my Bitcoin understanding to the next level
- Anthony Pompliano podcast — great guests, including some of our Twitter starts, like Raoul Pal. Literally a gold mine when it comes to insights and valuable knowledge
- Altcoin Daily — the name says it all, high quality, informative daily news from the cryptocurrency space
- Finematics — great channel explaining (in easy terms) many different aspects and building blocks of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi projects and more. One of my favourite ways to learn about some of the more complicated aspects of cryptocurrencies. If you’re serious about blockchain you have to watch these guys!
Twitter — great for getting insights, news and information about new projects.
PlanB — the creator of the Stock-to-Flow model that projects Bitcoin price. If you don’t know who PlanB is you know nothing about crypto… Go and follow this guy right now 😉
Nick Saponaro — the CIO of Divi Project, a great mid-cap cryptocurrency that is still a little under the radar. This is going to change soon so keep an eye on this account.
GemCatcher — great altcoin picks and analysis of the broader market. Follow this guy if you’re looking for some early info about ready to explode projects. He’s been printing lately, thank you GemCatcher! 💎💎💎
Max Kaiser — Bitcoin pioneer with huge following and great personality. Max has been in trading and investing longer than I’ve been alive :)

Another great place to find first hand info about projects are their Telegram groups. When you do your research about a project make sure to join their Telegram, you will learn a lot there!
